REFERRAL PARTNER AGREEMENT

This Referral Partner Agreement (the "Agreement") establishes the terms and conditions under which individuals or entities (the "Referral Partner") may participate in the referral program managed by Johncross Iloabachie (the "Contractor"). The Contractor and the Referral Partner are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”. By registering for the referral program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorised to register, apply for, or participate in the referral program.
