This is a fully automated partner onboarding and referral activation system I built using Jotform. Prospective partners complete an intuitive form with a live preview of their agreement, where provided details and signature are dynamically mapped. Upon submission, the agreement is finalised with timestamp and audit trail, auto-saved to the program owner’s integrated Google Drive account, and auto-sent as a PDF to all parties. The system also generates and emails a unique referral link alongside a personalised welcome message, enabling partners to start referring immediately.
