Meet Lily, the customer support AI agent I created and trained for Talepager Studios using Jotform. Talepager Studios is a creative agency that offers AI-powered voice-over and website spokesperson services. Alongside Lily, I built an automated quotation generation system and a portfolio web app for the company using Jotform.

Project Highlights:

• Designed and deployed the custom conversational AI agent on Jotform, engineering strict system prompts and boundary rules to govern agent behaviour and persona.

• Structured a comprehensive knowledge base via multi-format data ingestion—including PDFs, QA datasets, and URL crawling—to ensure high-accuracy information retrieval during chat interactions.

• Conducted rigorous scenario testing and human-in-the-loop (HITL) evaluation via a chat interface, providing iterative feedback to audit agent logic, correct reasoning paths, mitigate hallucinations, and align outputs with user goals.

• Established strict behavioural logic and conditional guardrails to manage context windows, effectively preventing the agent from breaking predefined operational boundaries.

Lily can communicate with users through voice or text. If the user is upset, feels that they are not being helped, wants to speak with a human representative or wants to contact me specifically, she collects the relevant information and sends me an email. Also, if the user asks a question or makes a request regarding a topic not related to her role, or regarding a name not found in her knowledge base, she politely makes it known.
