I’m Johncross Iloabachie, an operations professional specialising in automation. I integrate APIs and build AI-driven systems to streamline processes and enhance operational outcomes. My focus on automation began at AB InBev, the world’s largest brewing company, where I created an automated Excel system for transactional analysis and reporting, and spent six years as a store operations assistant. While there, I developed strong interpersonal skills, including empathetic communication and collaborative problem solving, which complement my technical expertise and enable me to deliver automation solutions that achieve measurable outcomes.

My foundation in Chemical Engineering, complemented by a UK Master’s in Engineering Business Management, equipped me with the analytical and operational skills to solve problems and optimise workflows. I studied Python programming through the OpenEDG Python Institute for eight months, then spent three months mastering prompt engineering and workflow automation. I earned the Advanced badge from Make Academy and several certificates from Jotform Academy. I use my Advanced Make skills to build workflows incorporating data security and error-handling mechanisms, and I leverage Jotform to automate form-driven tasks and multi-stage approval workflows.

Curious and motivated to build, I’ve developed AI-driven systems, Python automation programs, and workflow solutions that demonstrate my strong technical skills. I actively pursue continuous learning, having completed numerous courses on LinkedIn Learning, with over 30 of them focused on soft skills. I’ve also authored a business plan guide and an ebook on body language—demonstrating my ability to translate complex information into actionable insights that support process improvements and facilitate smooth technology adoption.
